Why is ELITE invite-only?+
Because it's the platform's reputation tier. ELITE is selected manually by our team based on booking history, review scores, and platform contribution. We invite quarterly; if we think you're ready, you'll hear from us. Buying it wouldn't mean anything.
What happens if I lose my tier?+
You're auto-demoted one tier down. Your cumulative points stay, they never reset. So you can re-earn instantly, or pay to skip the wait. Profile, bookings, reviews, and contacts are all intact.
Can I switch between earn and pay paths?+
Yes, freely. Paid subscribers skip maintenance entirely. If you cancel, you fall back to the earn path with all your points intact.
What counts as a "completed" booking for points?+
When the brand marks the booking completed and funds release from escrow. +100 per booking. Cancelled or disputed bookings do not count.
What happens to my points if I pay for a tier?+
They accumulate as usual. Paying just skips the threshold check and resets your maintenance window. If you eventually stop paying, your points carry you forward.
Is Verified actually free?+
Yes, always. Verified is the KYC gate: pass Veriff identity verification and you're in. It gives you the KYC badge, unlocks bookings and messaging, and you start earning points immediately (+100 bonus).

Talk to sales →What does "Verified" mean, and am I being charged?+
No, Verified is always free. It's email + KYC (identity verification via Veriff) which we require before you can book or message talent. It's a trust gate, not a paid tier. Verified gives you the same feature set as Free, plus the ability to hire, message, and appear in the directory. You pay nothing.
How is the booking commission calculated?+
Your tier's rate is applied to every completed booking's subtotal. On a €5,000 booking: Free/Verified pays €500 fee, Business pays €450, Premium pays €400. Talent always nets 90 to 92% of the subtotal. The difference goes to the platform.
Can I downgrade later? What about my data?+
Yes. Cancel any time. Your subscription runs until the end of the billing period, then your account drops to Free. Your brand page, bookings history, talent relationships, and all messages stay intact. You just lose the commission discount and featured placement.
What happens when my subscription expires?+
If payment fails or you cancel: your account auto-downgrades to Free at the period end. Commission reverts to 10% on future bookings (existing bookings keep their original rate). Your page leaves the Premium sidebar but stays in the directory if Verified. No grace period currently.
When do "Coming soon" features actually ship?+
Search ranking is targeted post-launch within 60 to 90 days. You won't be charged extra when they ship; they're included in your tier as marked.
Why isn't there a free trial?+
Verified is the free trial, it's a real, permanent free tier where you can hire talent and message them. We'd rather you stay on it forever than push a 7-day countdown. Upgrade to Business when the 1% commission saves you more than the subscription cost (typically by booking 3+).
